Dark Valentine

Some pain learns to become a silent drone in the heart, pulsating with the cadence of the heart it becomes inconspicuous and almost innocuous since it nearly now takes the form of the heart.

Tots of poison seeped through imperceptibly, unbeknown and slowly imbued the system. Formerly red now turning green, green blood filled with bitterness and sorrow from betrayal and disappointment.

She now turns to him, fang faced and sinks her teeth.

The green is pervading his system too … the green threatens his very nature for it violently throws him into the water and the fire. Like a mad man, he shouts, spits, foams at the mouth…

I would hate and lament but the poison is pushed back… vomit, green on the ground.

I just can’t be that man.

Baseline:

and hope does not disappoint us, because God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit which has been given to us. Romans 5:5 (RSV)
